2012 is the most amazing year in the history of the Universe! If we can overcome the lower, negative instincts and use cosmic love energy, we can develop into higher dimensions and transform ourselves from primitive humans into celestial humans, into galactic citicens. What we are experiencing right now, is the return of the divine feminine, where we will break out of the eggshell of limited sense perception - becoming the true magnitude of who we really are! Soon we will awaken to our amazing connection to the whole of the cosmos and be able to embody Christ Consciousness. For that to happen however, it is neccessary to work on ourselves, to bring our lifes in order, back into peace and harmony. Our physical body is absolutely essential in this and should be the first thing to be adressed, when embarking on it. Because having a healthy, physicially fit body is the most important expression of our existence here on earth. We therfore need to reconnect 100% with it, love it, respect it and aim to feel at home, safe, happy, comfortable and satisfied in it - otherwhise it will not be able to withstand the very high vibrational frequencies that are coming in to fully activate our dormant strands of DNA. Each person must now clear their emotional/ physical vehicle and use their unique gifts in order to acclomplish Ascension and their mission in life. As we heal and purify ourselves, we are assisting in the purification of the planet. According to angel channeler Diana Cooper, after 2032 everything will be curved and rounded. Cities and houses will all be build for colour, light & sound and on pure divine feminine principles that combine power with gentleness and strength with feminine beauty.

Every psychological malady boils down to one thing...
The person is not working on their Life Purpose!
Depression, addictions, anxiety, dissociative disorder, compulsion, hyperactivity, learning dissabilities and low self-esteem – all result from this lack of focus. This is because either we don't know and have never asked ourselves what it is, or we fear ridiciule, failure, or feelings of not being good enough. What follows are addictions to things like over-eating, shopping, alcoholism, sex etc. to cover up our sense of inadequacy. So, we need to find the genuine treasures buried within ourselves and express them through our imagination. Any form of artistic expression will do! But especially drawing, painting, or writing a letter to someone you need to talk to, are all highly therapeutic and will help us to work through difficult stages in our life. By using colour spontaneously and expressively, we bypass the censoring of our conscious mind, that is blocking our intuition and higher self! We need to release our emotional blockages, as they will otherwhise build up & eventually explode! Everytime you do that, you become an active searching agent - a unique individual, capable of self-healing and self-determination The problem however, is 'the lower Self '- the Ego; it doesn't want us to work on our life purpose and instead wants us to believe that we are inferior so that we stay where we are: stuck and afraid, busy with meaningless tasks, that stupify us and dull our minds. It will therefore try every delay tactic under the sun to divert you from your true calling. It's important to let go of all mainstream media, such as network news reports, commercials, radio, talk shows, magazines and newspapers. These things are designed to foster old-paradigm programming and are also heavily distracting you from your true purpose. As long as people in a technocratic society are distracted with boredom, hate, arrogance and drugs, they cannot feel the high energy of divine existence...they live a useless life.
If you base your method of manifestation on light, happiness and love (instead of need), you align yourself with your mission on the planet, with your higher self, or guardian angel. You will move from a low vibrational frequency to a higher vibration - you then become absorbed by it and free-flowing ...literally flowing from your heart! All your repression, excess weight and much of the inner emptines, pain and suffering will go away and you'll begin to take better care of yourself and your relationships - becoming more compassionate along the way. 
The next step is then to Let go of meaningless jobs that crush your spirit and instead start engaging in an occupation that matches your natural interests...which in turn improves your finances! Visualize how you enjoy your perfect life and watch in awe how it materializes around you! By following your true passion you won't feel so angry, anxious and depressed anymore. As a result you will become much happier, more beautiful, more vibrant, fulfilled; full of life and energy! Your body will last longer and not deteriorate so quickly from the stress, pressures, fears and toxins, to which we are all exposed to right now. 
So...WHAT IS MY PURPOSE? You might ask, when all I want is
peace and positive feelings? Your soul journey is the work you do to explore & expand on your "rightness." After all, we all have been made wrong from the moment we were born. This is our chance to do, and become, right. Your ego will have the main say in this. It wants importance, meaning, goals - something we can achieve, look back on and feel satisfied with. You can ask your spirit guides what it is that you need to do, but essentially, this is something you've got to find out for yourself and decide by yourself. You just need to accept that your true purpose is all about giving to others and hold your inner peace, love and light in the midst of all darkness. BE HERE NOW in the present moment & expand your awareness to the highest level you can. This can be done most easily by meditation, quieting the mind and being in the flow. Use your natural talents and passions to help earth and mankind to make this world a better place. Know that all those who work for nature, animals and the highest good of all; their businesses will do well! There is plenty to do - just follow your heart and do whatever brings you the most joy!

Your body is your most powerful communication device. The whole thing about the art of manifestation, including the manifestation of our own body, is knowing where we are going. Whatever it is that you are feeling or thinking now, will be perfectly reflected in your outer reality. You are the creator of your life - so paint what you wish!

Remember, in order to overcome any issues about yourself, you need to show the Universe exactly what you want. You must write it down & bring this statement to life with an inspiring image that illustrates your wish, before releasing it. Psychologist Carl Jung also believed in the symbolic power of colour - acting as a bridge between the visible and invisible worlds. He encouraged his patients to use colour in spontaneous ways while they were painting, to help express their subconscious mind & assimilate it with the conscious in order to achieve completness.

Things we will be exploring in this course:
The 2 day retreat will start with a questionnaire, identifying your current believes about yourself. This will be followed by the assemblage of an image board, reflecting your ideal life situation. As we consider what truly makes your heart sing, as well as looking at your Numerology, Astrology profile and Aura Colour personality.... we will engage in a 1 ½ hour photos session to encourage you to freely and fearlessly explore your perfection. From this we will select 3 images to create an artistic vision of an empowered person. Don’t worry - no previous experience, or talent required on this unique painting retreat, it's easy & fun. All you need is just a willingness to look inside & discover your true colours!

as well as a digital camera, props & beautiful clothing for the photo shot.
- Paints & Materials during the course will be provided by the artist.

Simply put, when we learn to build our goals and intentions on the positive emotions, we are healing our world! Be happy and play the real game - which is the raising of your consciousness. Life is suppose to be easy and fun! Your work is tolaugh more, play more, meditate and enjoy yourself more! It is thus especially important for men to move away from the masculine dominated way of ‘Doing’into the divine feminine principle of ‘Being'.Men need to start expressing their “womanhood” and explore a more sensitive, feminine aspect of themselves. They need to allow their energy to move through their bodies more freely, just like women do. Does it work...?
My own artwork is essentially a response to a life time of suffering.& personal trauma.
It helped me tremendously to see the light inside. My paintings gave me the incentive
to re-sculpt and rejuvenate my body, which I hated so much until then. I realized upon
seeing an actual example of how I wanted to look, that I can indeed attract this as a
definite reality into my life! I now want to inspire others to achieve the same.

Annett E. Bank works on the subject of the body in motion as her trademark, expressionist style and designs free-flowing, voluptuous figure paintings, curvy back views, romantic couples and exuberant dancers that stimulate the senses. Her work triggers feelings of aliveness, well-being and revitalisation in the viewer that attract love and positive chi energy to people's lives. Being a genuine lightworker, she was called to serve humanity in a more expanded way and is now guiding people in transformational workshops, where she facilitates self-discovery and the embrace of unconditional self-love.
Her career
After graduating with a BA (Hons) Degree in Fine Art Painting from the University of Brighton, Annett has been studying many metaphysical subjects such as Holistic Counseling,
Life Coaching, EFT, Exopolitics and psychic stress releasment. She is currently qualifying to become a professional Colour Therapist, Feng Shui and Reiki Practitioner. After finishing
her art education in 2007 she was selected by the Salon Gallery in Notting Hill, London as one of UK's Best Graduates and exhibited with Orion Contemporary at various Affordable Art Fairs
around the UK and abroad. In 2010 she presented two stunning Solo Shows at the well known Brighton Arts Festival and has had since features in publications such as the 'International Holistic Practitioner Association', the 'Soul & Spirit', 'Wise Woman', 'JUNO' and 'The Art of Healing' Magazine about Indigo Energy and the true nature of our reality. Annett writes her own educational blog: 2012 Ascension Help and has recently given a presentation at the 3. intl. Indigo & Crystal Children Congress in Germany. She collaborates with the Monkey Cage Gallery in Ramsgate, Kent, and currently works & lives in Brighton.
